An illustrative experience of seafood tourism in Puerto de Mogán. A day on land that combines a tasting of fresh fish products with a detailed view of artisanal fishing in Mogán, Gran Canaria. During 2 hours, the group of visitors will be able to learn about the daily activity of the fishermen's guild, from the first sale to the fishing gear on the boats used in artisanal fishing, interacting with skippers and fishermen.
1 - Inspirational talk: an introduction on artisanal fishing as cultural heritage, presented by an expert in maritime-fishing heritage.
2 - Interpreted tour: a professional from the fishermen's guild will guide us through the facilities and the port, sharing knowledge about fishing gear, catches and boats.
Meeting area: they will report on general aspects of fishing activity and the current situation of the fishermen's association;
Fish market and fishmonger's shop: information on the process from the moment the fish enters the market until its first sale (species, labelling and traceability, sanitary controls, etc.).
Port and landing area: sample of vessels and fishing gear and tackle on site.

Tasting of fresh fish products: crustaceans, molluscs, blue fish, white fish and wines from Gran Canaria.
